CommanderBracket classifies Magic: The Gathering Commander decks, builds them, and answers rules questions. If you run into something here, this page is the fastest way to get an answer or reach the developer.
Common questions
How do I import a deck?
Paste a decklist directly (MTG Arena, Moxfield, Archidekt, ManaBox, MTGO, or simple text format), or upload a file (.txt, .csv, .dec, .dek). You can also paste a deck URL and we fetch the list for you: Moxfield, Archidekt, ManaBox, DeckCheck, CommanderSalt, Hareruya, EDHREC, or a SlingLab deck or playtest link. Signed-in users can also save decks to their account and they sync across web and iOS.
How is the bracket calculated?
We predict the deck's average win turn from the actual cards (commander, fast mana, tutors, combos, stax pieces, engine type, interaction profile) and map that turn to Bracket 1 through Bracket 4, or cEDH for the most ruthless decks. The "Why this bracket?" panel on each analysis shows the exact signals and numbers used.
The bracket looks wrong, how do I tell you?
Every analysis has a thumbs up / thumbs down right under the bracket. Thumbs down opens a quick picker (1 to 5) for what you think the bracket should be, plus an optional notes field to explain why (example: "tribal false positive, wrong engine, missed combo"). Hit Send and it goes straight to us for tuning. Thumbs up works too if we got it right.
How do I link my collection?
On the Collection page, paste your Archidekt username, paste an Archidekt or Moxfield collection URL, or upload a CSV export from ManaBox, Moxfield, Archidekt, Deckbox, DragonShield, TCGPlayer, MTGGoldfish, or CardKingdom. A plain text list (one card per line) works too. Owned cards then get a checkmark on every analysis and the deck builder can be constrained to only cards you own.
How do I delete my account?
Web: open the account menu (top-right avatar), tap "Account settings," then "Delete account" under Danger zone. iOS: open the account menu and tap "Delete Account." Both confirm with a warning that this permanently removes your saved decks, collections, and auth data from both the cloud and this device. The action cannot be undone.
